Refund Policy

1.   i-Pap charges and collects payments for use of Platform. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, customer will be able to make the first payment.

2.   All subscriptions are one time purchase for credits purchase Customers may emailing us any time to: support@i-pap.io

3.   Customers will receive an email from i-Pap confirming that their subscription has awarded them credits. No refunds of credits for will be provided upon cancellation of account of non usage of credits on the platfrom. 

4.   All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

5.   Customers have the ability to purchase a subscription plan or buy credits for the purchase done on the platform, for the SaaS services at any time. 

6.   With regards to wrongly purchased documents or a subscription plan, I-Pap does not issue refunds or credits for such services These above policies apply to all the SaaS services listed on i-Pap.io unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
